Our use of data is governed by the Media Trust's registration under the Data Protection Act.

Any personal details supplied to the Media Trust via the feedback form will not be passed on to any third party organisation. The Media Trust will use the information for statistical purposes, to improve the service we provide, and to contact the prize winner of the video draw.

The Media Trust reserve the right to monitor and record all connections to and from the Voluntary matters 3 server. We do this for security, statistical, and performance-measurement purposes. The monitoring data we collect includes browser type, domain names, traffic volumes, temporal data and IP information.
