The success of your organisation depends on getting the very best out of all the people who are involved with it.

This section looks at how to do that. It will show you how to involve and retain volunteers, and how to manage staff effectively. It will explain how you can involve users, the people who benefit from your service, in deciding how it should be run. It also looks at how trustees or management committee members can support your organisation. Finally it also examines how to tackle conflict when it breaks out either within one of these groups of between them.
