"I think the biggest thing is that we agreed a contract of behaviour - I can't remember if that was the exact phrase we used, but it was really about understanding that this is a two-way process. I think the staff may have felt at times that I'm pushing too hard and I'm asking for too much. What I hoped that by having this contract of behaviour did, was to help them understand some of my perspectives too."
