Arbitration
In arbitration, a neutral third party examines the views
of those in dispute and makes a decision according to previously
agreed terms of reference. Both parties must agree prior to
the process that the arbitrator's decision will be a binding
settlement. Arbitration is a very formal process and is often
used to resolve employment disputes. For more information
about arbitration see resources.
