"There's also very many good reasons to question technology. Technology can have a momentum of its own. People feel that they should be getting a network, getting a database, or getting email, simply because it's what everybody else is doing - they don't want to be left behind. It's always important I think to urge people to question technology, to be quite ruthless about it - what is it really going to do for me?"
